A SeaNice Escape is updated and freshly painted! This duplex has everything you need for a fun filled family vacation. Just a block and a half from the ocean, this newly furnished townhome is ideal for a family or friends wanting to spend time together at the beach. As you climb the stairs to the second level entry of this new townhome, the stress slips away and “beach time begins”. Walking through the front door you are greeted with a bright, cheery, tastefully decorated home. The couch is comfortable, the chairs are cozy, a new 65” smart TV is available and there is fun art on the walls. Situated between the living room and kitchen is a dining area featuring a custom-built table set up to serve six. Flooded with natural light, it’s the perfect setting for the nights you want to dine in as well as being the ideal setup for a game night. Adjacent to the dining area is a well-appointed kitchen. Featuring granite countertops and a bar overhang with seating for 3 additional guests close to the dining table. The kitchen has everything a vacationer needs: sharp knives, nice dishes, wine glasses, new pots and pans, both a Keurig and brew coffee maker and a blender. There are empty cabinets for your personal supplies as well as pantry shelves in the adjacent laundry room.

When it’s time to retire for the evening, up one flight of stairs is the master bedroom and a second bedroom with its own bath. Both bedrooms feature brand-new King-size mattresses (Casper in one & a Brooklyn in the other), walk-in closets with dressers for unpacking. Plenty of natural lighting, artwork and nice furnishings make for an inviting experience. From the main level, going down one flight of stairs leads to the third bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a new queen size mattress (Brooklyn). All three bedrooms have their own bathroom and each has its own 43” smart TV. To make your stay as convenient as possible, bed linens and bath towels are provided.

This property is in the perfect location for a relaxing stay at the beach. Within a 3 to 5-minute walk to the public access to the beach, A SeaNice Escape provides beach chairs and a wagon for your convenience. Kure Beach boardwalk has beautiful swings to enjoy the view, free access to the newly renovated Kure Beach pier, multiple restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and limited supplies. This lovely townhome is surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood of permanent residents. We enjoy catering to family groups and couples looking to enjoy the quiet surroundings close to the ocean. The home and neighborhood setting are not suited to events such as sorority, fraternity, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.

Grilling allowed, grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 1 dog allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

• During Mid-August through Mid-June Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
