The top-floor oceanside deck has stair access to a rooftop sundeck with the best possible views! The sun deck has lounge seating and outdoor dining for 12. The dining area, which also has seating for 12, is the perfect place for gathering with your vacation crew to share a meal prepared in the well-stocked kitchen that offers stainless appliances. There is also seating for 6 at the kitchen counter. There is a half bathroom on this level.

On the second level of the home, Bedroom 1 offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, direct ocean view deck access, and an ensuite bath with double vanity. Bedroom 2 features two twin-sized bunk beds and a Smart TV, and direct oceanside deck access. Bedroom 3 offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, an ensuite, and has direct covered deck access.

On the third level, Bedroom 4, which serves as the primary suite, has a king-sized bed, direct oceanside deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a queen-sized bed, direct deck access, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Violations will result in charges to guests for additional cleaning and could result in the eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in the future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
