• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

TV in living area and each bedroom!

This home does not provide keyless entry - you must make arrangements to check out keys and passes and return them at our office.

No grilling is permitted at this location.
No tenant pets allowed at all.
No smoking allowed in house or outside.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During mid-May to mid-August, partial week getaways are permitted with a 3 night minimum stay within 10 days of arrival within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
• During mid-August to mid-May, partial week getaways are permitted in advance with a 3 night minimum stay with any arrival and/or departure day.
