Q: is there swimming pool- Bonnie L. Posted: 01/13/2017A:Unfortunately Jolly Dave's does not have a private pool and is not part of any community with a community pool. Most of the homes in Topsail Beach do not have pools simply because of the lot sizes and the limitations of water usage by homes with individual septic systems.
Q: accommodates sleeping for 12...does that include the sleeper sofa? I also see where it says accommodates 14 so I'm confused. thank you- Lois D. Posted: 10/14/2017A:This property sleeps 12 people, but the maximum occupancy is 14. This includes a King bed, 2 Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.
Q: The property description lists as having NO cable or satellite TV service but the amenities list shows 5 HD cable tvs. Which is it? Cable access or no cable access?- Bob W. Posted: 11/23/2017A:This property has 5 HDTV's with Roku streaming player with access to Hulu, Sling, and Netflix. None of these TV's have cable or satellite TV services.

Posted: 02/12/2018A:Some of our home owner do provide a military discount for active-military personnel or immendiate family members of active-military personnel. Only one discount per reservation. However, this house does not offer the military discount.
