Gorgeous Topsail Sound sunsets that paint the sky are free of charge and can be seen from inside or outside on the soundfront decks!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Elevator per home.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher in each kitchen, washer/dryer in each home.
2 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps in each home.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Two level soundfront gated deck with furniture and views at each home!
Patio area and walkway to private boat dock with moorage, freshwater and electricity, shared between both homes.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water for each home.
Parking for up to 8 cars only - space for 4 cars in each tandem style garage and 4 in the driveway.
Walkover beach access nearby across the street. Assorted beach chairs and beach toys provided.
Grilling is permitted, gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside on the premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During October through April excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 4 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During May through September and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 4 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday - Sunday time frame. Only full weekly stays Sunday-Sunday are permitted in advance during this time.
Home may be available for monthly rentals of 3 months or more during October - April. Inquire for details.
