Living area with lovely reclining sofas, dining area and kitchen bar with ample seating for 8, granite countertops and stainless appliances in the kitchen, luxurious and roomy bedrooms, as well as 2 deck areas with a variety of seating overlooking the marsh! Sunsets from this location are phenomenal!

Maximum Occupancy: 8.
Bed Sizes: King, Queen, Twin + modern Twin over Full Bunk.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps - living area and each bedroom!
Wireless high speed internet access.
Two marshfront decks with seating and views!
Enclosed outside shower with hot water conveniently located just off the carport!
Parking for up to 3 cars in carport and driveway.
Public beach access with parking is less than 1/2 mile away at the beginning of Dolphin Ave.
Grilling allowed - gas grill provided.
No smoking allowed in house or outside on premises at any time - no smoking policy strictly enforced.
No pets allowed at all. No pets policy strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
