Maximum Occupancy: 10.
Bedroom 1: queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom: vanity, shower/tub combo withaccess from the bedroom or living room.
Bedroom 2: full over full bunk bed. TV.
Kitchen: full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, standard drip coffeemaker, granite countertops, tile backsplash, seating for 4at the bar, access to back patio.
Dining Room: seating for 4 at the bar-top table.
Living Room: 50 inch smart TV, 1 sectional couch with queen sleeper, coffee table, access to front patio.
Front Patio: access from the living room, couch, 2 chairs, bench swing.
Back Patio: access from the Kitchen, table with 4 chairs, 2 additional chairs, stairs ground level.

Level 1:
Bedroom 3: king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, bathroom
Bedroom 4: full size bed, ceiling fan, TV, access to back patio.
Bathroom: jack-n-jill bathroom with separatetoilet room, shower/tub combo, vanity.
Washer and Dryer: located in the bathroom.

Level 2:
Parking: Private driveway with space for 6 vehicles

Amenities:
Covered hot tub.
Use of surfboard, kayaks, beach chairs, boogie board, beach wagon, and cornhole boards
Fenced-in backyard

Grilling allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

2 dogs allowed, 50 lb max each - pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax required. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, standard drip coffeemaker, dishwasher.

Partial Week Getaways with a 2 night minimum are permitted in advance with any arrival/departure day November 2022 - April 2023. Otherwise and thereafter:
• During May to mid-June partial week stays with a 3 night minimum are permitted in advance with any arrival/departure day.
• During mid-June to mid-August partial week stays are not permitted - only full weekly stays Sunday to Sunday are permitted.
• During mid-August to mid-June partial week stays with a 3 night minimum are permitted in advance with any arrival/departure day.This home provides Smarthome Keyless Entry.
