You will be sold on Sellers when you stay at this family and dog friendly vacation rental home! The warm wood tones and nautical colors throughout the open style living space create a cozy atmosphere. Take in the canal views from inside or head out to the canal side covered porch. Step down to the open sun deck area or the floating dock to catch some sun’s rays or drop a line and try your hand at catching dinner. The front and back porches on this home are great places to sit and rock your cares away – look east and see over Topsail Beach’s dunes to the ocean beyond and look west for views of Topsail Sound.

Bed sizes: Queen, Double, 2 Singles, 2 Sets of Bunks.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level.
Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in ground level utility room.
1 cable (digital service) Smart LED 39" HDTV, DVD player.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Covered porch with furniture, rocking chairs.
Floating boat dock on the canal. Boat and lift not available.
The public beach access is across from the beginning of Boryk Ave.
Enclosed outside shower.
Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $25.00 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways:
Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
