Excellent location. 3 min walk to beach. Near the south end of the island so the beach is pretty quiet and you can walk to the end of the island in about 30min. Easy to rent Kayaks and launch from the dock. Canal is good for swimming/floating. Great layout and nicely updated. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes/silverware/pans/knives.
