This ocean side town home offers breathtaking 200-degree views and the colorful sunsets over New Topsail Inlet and the Intracoastal Waterway are just steps away. Restful colors, a spa-like master bath, and ocean-themed furnishing will have you slowing down to Topsail Island time in no time! The living area sofa and chairs make for an inviting spot to relax and converse, reminisce, or curl up with a good book. Just a short walk down the street are the community beach access, community pool, and a public sound side access.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom Bedding is not typically provided sleeper sofas).
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave/convection oven, water softener system. Electric fireplace for ambiance.
2 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps and antennas for local channels and Bose speaker soundbar.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Covered porches and gated open deck with furniture.
Group spectator pass to Jolly Roger Pier.
Community beach access located between 2109B & 2111A Ocean Blvd.
Community pool privileges for house occupants only (pool typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day). Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
Grilling allowed - must be at least 10 ft. from building. No grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
1 dog allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
This home is available for Off season winter monthly rentals.
