Sunset Bay

We’ve been enjoying Sunset Bay for many years now.  It truly does feel like a home away from home.  We’ve had some of the best times while on Topsail and look forward to making many more memories in the years to come.

Wonderful beach weekend with college roommates!  Cozy house, nice decks with views, great ocean breeze!  Easy walk to the ocean.  Outside shower was a great treat.  Looking forward to my next visit.

Sunset Bay is a very relaxing house with everything you need to have a great time for a summer vacation! It is a very short walk to the beach and everything is provided for you ( chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids!). It has been newly renovated and it looks great! My friends and I had an awesome time and definately want to come back!

Newly Renovated

Sunset Bay is a very relaxing house with everything you need to have a great time for a summer vacation! This was our first time to Topsail and it won’t be our last!  The beach cottage is perfect! Great views and easy walk to the pristine beach.  We are so sad to have to leave 4 days early, but being evacuated due to Hurricane Dorian.  Thanks s much to the Brown’s for sharing their awesome beach home with us.

I came down to meet my college roommates.  I love this house.  The decks are great.  Location is perfect walk to the beach.  We had a lovely visit.  This is such a cute, cozy beach home!  It was perfect for the 4 of us!  Loved our girls weekend.
