The oceanside deck offers covered and open areas with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views while an additional street side deck offers built-in seating and views of Topsail Sound!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with freshly laundered, shrink-wrapped, linens with no-contact after laundering your safety:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom

Living areas on 1 level – minimal stairs/steps inside.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Covered and open deck areas on the oceanside with gazebo and furniture - walkway is gated for your little ones!Streetside deck with seating and sound side views!

Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
This home may also be available monthly rentals October - April. Inquire at right for details.

Q: Hi! One thing we love about your site is how you can see both inside and out of most of the houses. There currently are no pictures of the inside of this house. Is it possible to view some?- Emily B. Posted: 02/21/2016A:The Appel Cottage is brand new to our rental program for 2016. The new owners are currently doing extensive upgrades and renovations to the interior of the home. Check back soon as we hope to have new photos up as soon as they are complete!
Q: My family is looking far ahead to a vacation in August 2017. Most likely 8/20-8/26. We would like to be able to pay this off in parts. Is this something that is possible? Thank you- Amy P. Posted: 06/21/2016A:When you make a reservation request for 2017, it is referred to as an Advance Reservation Request. Advance Reservation Requests may be made for comparable dates for any weeks that have already passed this year. To be able to make a request to book August 19-26, 2017, you would need to wait until on or after Monday, August 29th.
There is a $50 Advance Reservation Request fee plus tax that is applicable for each requested week. This fee does not apply to rent but does allow guests to make advance plans to reserve requested dates specifically as long as those homes and those dates will be available.
Guests who have Advance Reservation Requests will receive their rental agreement information and request for payment later this year. The first payment which generally equates to roughly 1/2 the total, will be due with the agreement. The remainder is generally due 30 days prior to arrival. You may make payments any time for any amount in between. Our online payment portal makes making payments and keeping up with the balance due on a reservaiton very easy!
Q: Hi. It says this house has an enclosed outside shower. Just out of curiosity, where is it exactly? And is there a light in the shower? I'd like to know just in case I decide to make a reservation here in the future. Thanks.- Toby B. Posted: 02/16/2018A:This house does have an outside shower located to the right of the street side door. It doesn't have a light inside the shower.
Q: We must begin our beach rental on SUNDAY, May 13, and we may wish to stay more than one week, until Tuesday, May 22. I've noticed many of your properties note a Saturday check-in, and that won't work for us. Is it possible to check in on a Sunday, and stay 9 nights instead of 7 nights?- Julie M. Posted: 02/25/2018A:Sorry for the late response. This house is booked starting May 19, 2018. The week of May 13 to May 19 is available. We dp have Sunday to Sunday rentals and if the house is available the week before or the week after you may add day to your reservation.
