Brand new hot tub overlooking the ocean on the lower level deck just waiting for you to enjoy! Hot tub is available Memorial Day week through Labor Day week at no additional cost. Hot tub is available after Labor Day week to the week before Memorial Day week at a cost of $150 per week. Guest requesting after Labor Day to before Memorial Day must request in advance of arrival for arrangements to be made.
The Soundview deck areas are also updated with PVC rails and pickets. The top deck offers wood decking for additional strength while the first and second floor decks provide Timbertech decking. Sitting in the comfortable deck furniture provides a view overlooking the maritime forest and Banks Channel – Topsail Sound! The spectacular sunsets are incredible!
Revel in the absolute extravagance of your own privacy-fenced and gated private pool with wood decking and lounging space. Private pool with surrounding beautiful stonework patio complete with coastal landscaping! Pool heat option is available for guest stays after Labor Day week to the week before Memorial Day week at a cost of $300 per week. Guest must request in advance of arrival for arrangements to be made.Enclosed outside shower with hot water located conveniently on the ground level carport/patio area!

No grilling permitted at any time - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No tenant pets are allowed at any time - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside on premises - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During Oct 1 - March 1 excluding holiday weeks: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During March 1 - October 1 and holiday weeks: Partial Week Getaways are not permitted. Only full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday.
