This traditional beach cottage gives you that perfect home away from home feel with a light and bright interior with soothing shades and welcoming decor and furnishings. Enjoy this home's set back from the street location right on the front dune complete with a beautiful oceanside covered porch and expansive sundeck on the front dune! Upstairs on the main level, this home features the living and dining area front and center flanked by the ocean-facing master bedroom with an en suite master bath, a second bedroom on the south side along with a third bedroom also ocean-facing, a shared hall bath, and kitchen with eat-at bar on the north side. Downstairs, 2 additional bedrooms share a bath while garage parking and storage is also provided! The home's location is just a couple blocks north of quaint downtown Topsail Beach offering a town park, oceanfront pier, restaurants, and shops for our enjoyment. All we can say is, Get Ready, Set, Relax!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
3 cable TVs including 1 Smart TV with access to streaming apps.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Oceanfront covered porch and expansive sundeck on the dune affording beautiful Atlantic Ocean views!
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.
Parking for up to 4 cars with provided garage and driveway parking areas.
Grilling permitted, gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No Pets Allowed At Any Time. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
