Two large decks with furniture to relax in as well as a covered gazebo offer multiple outside areas to take in the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and surrounding views!

Bed sizes: King, King, Queen, Queen, 2 Queens + 1 Double in lower level study.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths with beds made prior to arrival is included!
Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2nd refrigerator in lower level great room.
3 cable (digital service) TVs, DVD player, CD player.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Covered gazebo area as well as two large decks with furniture.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
No Grilling allowed.No smoking allowed in house or outside.Up to 2 dogs allowed - $150/week plus tax pet rent per dog.Partial Week Getaways are not permitted, only Saturday to Saturday rentals..

We loved this place; it made you feel right at home and very comfortable. We also loved the space with 8 beds. We loved the Gazebo, it was beautiful. This oceanfront house was the best! The artwork was amazing and so was the pantry door! The downstairs was where the kids, me and 2 other kids, slept. We loved the feeling of being close to our parents and far away. Thank you Seaworthy for helping to restore my soul! This was a trip shared by four generations. I loved the history of this home. The artwork was marvelous. We came to heal from the loss of both my mother and mother in law. We also came to celebrate my daughter and her graduation from nursing school. We came to enjoy the ocean. Seaworthy is such a special place! We love coming to visit friends and going to the beach. The gazebo is our favorite spot in the house! Seaworthy is a quaint, homey beach house that is charming in in every way. We would love to come back next year! Topsail Beach will always be one of our favorite places to go! The beach, beach shop and grill, Quarter Moon, and pier are all out favorites. (Also, the dogs at south end outfitters!) - The Ruiz Family.

Q: We have been renting from you all for years, but for the first time, we will be coming from overseas and do not have alot of what we have normally brought to the beach. Could you tell me if this house has any beach chairs or umbrellas? Thank you! We are coming Aug 12-19.- Christine O.
